Administrative Assistant deals with all aspects of tenancy renewal, including accounting activities relating to property management between landlord, tenant and Company.
- Prepares tenancy contracts and follows up on their renewals & Manages the rent renewals with tenants negotiating with them any new terms or rental increases
- Collects payments in a timely manner, these include but are not limited to rent, admin fees, service charges, turnover rent, cooling charges, DEWA charges, Utility bills
- Liaise with accounting peers in order to deliver the operations.
- Generates financial and operational reports.
- Responsible for other accounting activities relating to property management between landlord, tenant and Company.
- Addresses the needs of the landlords of each property & possess a good understanding of Company/landlord contract in order to deliver it
- Maintains healthy relationships with the Landlord and Tenants
- Complies with authority regulations.
- Keeps operations in line with budget & prepares annual budget for the service charge.
