Description

Administrative Assistant deals with all aspects of tenancy renewal, including accounting activities relating to property management between landlord, tenant and Company.
  1. Prepares tenancy contracts and follows up on their renewals & Manages the rent renewals with tenants negotiating with them any new terms or rental increases
  2. Collects payments in a timely manner, these include but are not limited to rent, admin fees, service charges, turnover rent, cooling charges, DEWA charges, Utility bills
  3. Liaise with accounting peers in order to deliver the operations.
  4. Generates financial and operational reports.
  5. Responsible for other accounting activities relating to property management between landlord, tenant and Company.
  6. Addresses the needs of the landlords of each property & possess a good understanding of Company/landlord contract in order to deliver it
  7. Maintains healthy relationships with the Landlord and Tenants
  8. Complies with authority regulations.
  9. Keeps operations in line with budget & prepares annual budget for the service charge.
  10. 10.Any other duties assigned by the Sr Director Mall, Mall Manager or Mall Supervisor

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Bachelor's Degree .
  3. A good level of negotiation skills
  4. Basic Understanding of accounting processes and principles.
  5. PMS software knowledge is required (Yardi, Oracle or similar)
  6. Proficiency in both verbal and written English, any other language is an advantage
