Head RBG Finance UAE

- This role is responsible for managing the financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the Retail Banking Group (RBG) in the UAE, with additional support for group-level activities as required.
- The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the digitization agenda of the GCFO and Corporate Affairs, ensuring automation and digitization of management reporting and analytics.
- The role acts as a finance partner to business and segment heads, enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- The incumbent acts as the first point of contact and day-to-day finance partner for the Segment & Product Heads of RBG, ensuring alignment on financial strategy, performance, and decision-making.
- The role is designed to provide proactive financial advisory to the Head of RBG Finance and Head of RBG, enable strategic business decision-making, and drive transformation across the finance function.
