The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As part of our "Fugistics” (Fulfillment & Logistics) team, the ideal candidate will support our Fulfillment Operations and lead daily warehouse operations with a sharp focus on people, process, and performance, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement on the ground.

• Ensure that manpower allocation & resource planning are performed at a shift level.
• You will be responsible for a team of 20 - 40 ground associates in a shift
• Ensure to track the daily KPIs, SLA adherence.
• Coordination with the internal stakeholders for the day today business.
• Understanding the WMS functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse Staff’s with respect to the WMS and best practices in daily huddles.
• Ensure that all teams members are adhering to the SOP and drive the processes on the ground.
• Ensure the floor hygiene and 5S standards are monitored and NCs are closed on a regular basis.
• Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

What you’ll need?

• Bachelor’s Degree or in a similar role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce and Warehousing or in a related field
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively
• Should be familiar with MS office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google drives for analyzing and publishing daily reports.
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve
• Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, High energetic, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to various Emirates within the UAE is required.
