Event and Catering Services Coordinator

Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and oversee catering event services for corporate events, meetings, and special occasions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with hygiene standards, and alignment with SATORP’s operational and cultural expectations.

Main Accountabilities:

• Coordinate catering arrangements for corporate events to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments and catering contractors to align event requirements and service expectations.
• Develop yearly events plan, proposed menus and activities presentation to ensure alignment with event themes and quality standards.
• Monitor food handling service areas and events activities during events to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Organize event & catering logistics including equipment, layout, and staffing to support smooth event execution.
• Plan the required resources for events.
• Collect post-event feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future event catering services.
• Maintain event records and service evaluations to support performance tracking and compliance.

Min. Qualifications & Certifications

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event coordination and catering services.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate or industrial event catering.
• Certification in HACCP or equivalent.
• Familiarity with vendor management and service contracts.
