We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Systems Auditor / MEP Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring mechanical installations meet design intent, safety standards, and quality benchmarks across HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting installations for compliance and quality.
- Ensure mechanical works align with design intent and installation standards.
- Conduct technical and quality reviews of mechanical elements during both design and site phases.
- Collaborate with developers and consultants to review mechanical systems and project elements.
- Lead design or MEP specialist consultants in technical and quality reviews, either in a design or site supervision role.
- Strong experience in mechanical systems auditing and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Proven ability to manage technical and quality reviews across project phases.
- Experience working with design teams and MEP consultants.
- Background in large-scale or complex mechanical projects.
- Familiarity with international mechanical standards and codes.
