Key Responsibilities

Online Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory across all e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure product availability and timely restocking based on demand patterns
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to synchronize online stock levels
Product Listing Optimization
  • Regularly update product descriptions, specifications, and pricing
  • Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
  • Use analytics to refine content based on performance
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels
  • Align content and promotions with brand objectives and seasonal strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns for improved conversion
Customer Support and Order Fulfillment
  • Provide professional and timely responses to online customer inquiries
  • Support order processing and issue resolution
  • Ensure smooth purchasing experiences from order placement to delivery

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital retail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of automotive parts is highly beneficial
  • Background in sales and customer service roles preferred
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze digital performance metrics
