Director of Hospitality – Food & Beverage Development

As Azizi Developments continues to shape landmark destinations and lifestyle-led communities, hospitality and F&B are not simply amenities - they are value drivers that define placemaking, brand perception, and long-term asset performance.

We are seeking a Director of Hospitality & F&B Development to lead the group-wide hospitality and F&B vision across a growing portfolio of mixed-use, residential and hospitality developments.

This senior role will oversee concept creation, commercial strategy and execution from early feasibility through to opening, ensuring hospitality and F&B are fully embedded into the wider development lifecycle.

Working closely with development, asset management, finance and design teams - as well as external consultants and operators - you will shape best-in-class hospitality and F&B concepts that enhance destination appeal and deliver sustainable commercial returns.

Key Focus Areas

• Define and lead the group-wide hospitality and F&B strategy
• Create and deliver concepts from feasibility through launch
• Develop business plans, financial models and P&Ls
• Embed hospitality and F&B into master planning and placemaking
• Lead consultants, designers and operators
• Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years’ experience in hospitality, F&B development or lifestyle-led real estate
• Proven delivery of multi-asset concepts from feasibility to opening
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L and ROI ownership
• Experience with a developer, hospitality group, operator or consultancy
• Senior stakeholder leadership across cross-functional teams
• Commercially driven, concept-led, with strong global F&B trend awareness (Middle East experience preferred)
