- Review architectural, structural, and MEP design packages for constructability, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
- Provides feedback on design gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with value engineering, QA/QC, and constructability audits
- Over 8 years of experience and qualified Engineer or Architecture or related discipline.
- Developer background: Experience in design / site technical review of multidisciplinary projects (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).
- Lead Design Consultant background: Proven experience in technical design reviews or supervision of large-scale mixed-use or residential developments.
- Main Contractor background: Experience as a technical lead managing site teams and ensuring design-to-construction alignment.
