Content Governance Manager

Job Overview:

As a Content Governance Manager at Emirates NBD, your role is to define, implement, and oversee written content

standards across all Emirates NBD customer communication channels. The role ensures a high-level of content

quality, consistency, and continued brand alignment. It also plays a key role in developing content guidelines,

frameworks, and guiding internal stakeholders and external agency partners to uphold our verbal identity and

tone of voice principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain verbal guidelines and usage principles.
• Review written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone of voice, and overall brand consistency.
• Guide internal teams and external agency partners on applying content standards and adhering to our guidelines.
• Establish and maintain content review workflows in collaboration with Group Marketing and relevant teams.
• Work with Group Marketing and agency teams to ensure continued adherence to the guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent command of grammar, structure and writing style.
• Experience working with content across different online and offline channels (e.g., web, outdoor, social) and workflow management systems.
• Proven experience developing and managing content guidelines and standards.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and customer communication journeys.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
• deadlines of varying complexity and urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a structured and strategic approach to content governance
