Associate – Retail

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Retail Associate at Dubai Parks and Resorts. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities: -

• Greet and assist guests in retail outlets with product information and purchases.
• Operate POS systems for billing and transaction processing.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, merchandising standards, and stock levels.
• Replenish shelves and displays as required.
• Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and visual presentation of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages.
• Follow cash handling, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Retail or related stream
• 1–2 years in a retail or customer service role.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling
• Merchandising and product knowledge
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and inventory awareness
