Key Responsibilities

• Manage outlet readiness and service flow across all dining areas.
• Lead and support frontline supervisory teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve escalated concerns, and implement service recovery protocols.
• Coordinate inventory, procurement, and loss prevention with procurement and kitchen teams.
• Assist the Manager in planning seasonal menus, promotions, and operational projects.
• Oversee hygiene compliance, health and safety adherence, and staff discipline.
• Evaluate team performance, conduct training, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Support budget control and cost optimization through efficient resource allocation.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Advanced knowledge of F&B service operations and guest handling
• Budget management and stock control systems
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards
