Job Description:

Continuous and vigorous communication with the local community and university alumni, organizing events and activities that benefit the graduates, and preparing the necessary reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing questionnaires for graduates and distributing them and entering their data.
  • Continuous and vigorous communication with the alumni community.
  • Monitoring and updating the graduates' data periodically and continuously.
  • Communicate with graduates to participate in the activities organized by the university.
  • Communicate with external parties to find out what job opportunities they have for our graduates.
  • Work on preparing the monthly Alumni E-newsletter.
  • Organizing events and activities for graduates.
  • Work on integrating the graduates into the university's social media pages.
  • Attending courses and events for the alumni community.
  • Writing Reports.

General conditions:

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English language, spoken and written.
  • Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs.
  • Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality.
  • 2 years related experience, fresh graduates can also apply.
