Description

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Aviation Partner Solutions team in Dubai.

Scope:

Account Manager - Aviation Partner Solutions will also be responsible for maintaining, retaining, enhancing, and growing revenue across the client contract. This role is also responsible to form strategic partnerships with all current and potential clients, focusing on aviation sectors and other relevant parties to ensure sustained delivery of substantial and consistent growth. Be the main point of contact for the dedicated Operations team, ensuring data integrity & accuracy are always maintained. Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders including but not limited to finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR services.

Responsibilities:

Financial

• Responsible for developing the business growth of the account by identifying new opportunities. Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contract and manage the service delivery within the boundaries of the contract.

• Prepare a quarterly report with monthly operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contracts in question.

• Monitor billable vs non billable staff.

• Report any variations to the contract to the Divisional Manager and ensure that these are reviewed and agreed with the client.

• Responsible for overall performance of department prescribed in business units' score card.

• accountable for ensuring accuracy of monthly billing and collection of invoices within a timely manner.

• Responsible and accountable for client Service Level Agreement (SLA/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance.

Customer

• Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract and identifying further business opportunities.

• Undertake site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the client regarding the quality of the service.

• Monitor that the service delivered is within the contract terms to ensure alignment of both the client and the BU Head.

• Plan ahead and work with the client on new requirements to ensure any future peaks and troughs are successfully managed.

• Ensure the work schedules developed for the staff match the client requirements.

Process

• Monitor all processes applied by each team member to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of these teams.

• Ensure the team is managed in line with all Performance Manager SOPs throughout their employee lifecycle.

• Manage operations team members & employees on site including but not limited to facilitating regular staff meetings, conduct site visits to monitor performance, and motivate staff, resolve staff issues by liaising with relevant departments, monitor absenteeism and attrition, deliver induction training and other mandatory trainings as applicable.

• Plan mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client.

Innovation

• Establish an environment that strives for continuous improvement by encouraging contributions from employees.

• Ensure employee potential is maximized by devising training and development strategies, encouraging cross-team activities/participation and a coaching/mentoring approach.

• Provide constructive ideas for improvements in processes and procedures that would deliver further efficiencies and service enhancement.

• Monitor absence and accident rates and undertake any correction actions required.

• Monitor staff performance and nominate staff for the employee of the month award if they match the criteria.

• Monitor that work schedules are being followed by the operations team.

Selection Criteria:

• 5 – 7 years of experience within a similar industry (Aviation, Staffing)

• Bachelor’s University Degree within a Finance or related field.

• Financial acumen is a plus, IATA or IOSH qualified is advantageous.
