As a Procurement Coordinator Officer at Minerva Special Purpose Vehicles (MSPV), you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team by facilitating and coordinating the procurement process. You will assist in sourcing suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services necessary for the company's operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively will contribute to the success of our procurement efforts.
- Supplier Sourcing: Research and identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and maintain a database of qualified vendors.
- Request for Quotations (RFQs): Prepare and distribute RFQs to suppliers, collect and analyze quotations, and collaborate with stakeholders to select the best suppliers.
- Contract Management: Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and maintaining contract records.
- Order Processing: Generate purchase orders, track order status, and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant departments to manage stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and price comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that procured items meet quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations, including ethical and sustainability standards.
- Reporting: Generate procurement reports, including spending analysis, vendor performance, and cost savings.
