Job Description:

This position will require employee to be on site during working hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have very strong grip on every product and service the team is supporting with subject matter expertise on each line of business
• Ensure attritions targets are not breached
• Review overall staff performance and recommend training needs
• Drive change by successful implementation of process improvement recommendations
• Actively and regularly participate in governance calls with the clients for effective process management
• Manage operations through end to end planning, metrics review and root cause analysis.
• Manage Client relationship as part of operations delivery
• Liaise with HR, Facilities, Training, IT & Network teams to ensure seamless operations delivery
• Ensure adherence to KPI and SLAs

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in managing health operations consisting of call center, enrollment, eligibility, mailroom, pharmacy and clinical teams
• Ability to manage Client escalations and Client relationships
• A degree in a relevant subject or demonstrated ability to deliver the responsibilities required
• At least ten years management experience in a relevant context
• Good understanding of finances and budgets
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts

• Demonstrated ability to develop and introduce innovations to project management
• Must have experience building strong team at all levels to deliver required quality and productivity targets

• Knowledge of Missouri Medicaid eligibility is highly desired
