Job Responsibilities:

• working with the head of talent acquisition to activate employer brand campaigns across all our channels to bring our evp to life
• support peak recruitment campaigns + drive more local employer brand campaigns
• work with the head of talent acquisition to build + create further social channels to showcase our employer brand
• community management + keeping on top of reviews + responding to reviews across all employer brand social channels
• you’ll enjoy travelling to our restaurants to gain content + imagery to showcase both internally + externally
• drive internal engagement across glassdoor + other channels
• continually update employer brand calendar + ensure content + campaigns are ready for timelines set
• working with the head of talent acquisition to activate employer brand campaigns across all our channels to bring our evp to life

Job Requirements:

• you’ll be used to coordinating + planning ahead, managing + meeting multiple deadlines
• you’ll be super creative + love thinking outside of the box
• you’ll be a great collaborator + enjoy partnering with our restaurants + other teams such as marketing + the wider people team
• you’ll be passionate about working for wagamama + act as an employer brand ambassador
• strong attention to detail + organisational skills
• you will have experience within a talent acquisition or employer brand role
