Job Responsibilities:
- manages all disciplinary and grievances providing timely, compliant and accurate advice to ensure disputes are resolved satisfactorily
- manages occupational health referral process, ensuring timely response from provider
- owns the right to work compliance checks, ensuring checks made to ensure all employees right to work documents are valid
- provides coaching to managers on policies as required. working closely with the people operations manager to identify manager training needs and development opportunities
- manages people services help desk mailbox day to day, answering queries in the people services inbox, signposting to policies and dealing with ad-hoc requests when asked.
- manages the HR chatbot technology, ensuring answers are accurate and up to date
- administration, review and delivery of subject access requests
