Job description / Role

• Envisioning and implementing a strategy for overall management & success of our client’s e-commerce platform
• Exceeding e-commerce sales goals
• Creating a world-class e-commerce team and making hiring choices to support next-level strategy execution
• Establishing and leading tech team (engineers, data scientists, UX designers, etc.) to execute the vision
• Overseeing sub-departments of customer retention, growth marketing + content marketing; developing strategy and maintaining excellence in all three
• Concentrating on new customer acquisition a must; nurturing lead systems; audit of the current system; improvements and adaptations where necessary
• Building new system for personalization into digital strategy; further prioritizing subscription program in all efforts
• Managing growth strategy including paid social, display and SEO/SEM in relation with CMO
• Managing digital content marketing including social media program and editorial staff
• Increasing sales and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across all areas of job function; maintaining a strong Advertising Cost of Spend (ACoS).
