Job Description:
The purpose of the Senior Specialist: Application Management is to ensure that the IT estate can be electronically discovered and represented in the uCMDB . The Senior Specialist: Application Management must also ensure that the Discovery environment is available and performing within the defined service parameters, ensuring that best practice and hygiene principles are exercised.
Job Requirements:
- 3yr Degree/Diploma (IT-related)
- At least 5yrs Discovery experience
- ITIL v3 certification
- At least 5yrs Telecommunication experience
- Experience working in a DevOps environment
- AWS Developer certification
