Job Description:
In this role, he/she will be inserted in the Enterprise Operation team and will manage technical assurance for SME, Corporate and Public Administration customers. He/She will report to Enterprise Operation Complex Solutions Team Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
- Third level analysis SDWAN product start-up for Vodafone customers;
- Analyse and deeply inspect root causes for most common issues in order to reduce overall failures;
- Analysis of security issue and mitigation/resolution of Firewall lack.
- Support in development of new tools with the aim to speed up assurance processes;
- Contribute to team growth in terms of technical skills and e2e problem solving accountability;
Qualification & Experience
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity Issues, exploit and most used security tools
- Good understanding of software defined wide area networks mechanisms and implementation;
- Good understanding of Vodafone network architecture and e2e solutions;
- Ability in influencing and problem solving under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure solution designs are deliverable;
- Coaching skills and team building
