Job Description:

The OIT Service Operations Manager role based within within the Technology Business Unit.

Job Requirements:

• Engage team members with process, analysis, enhancement, and tailoring of current practices, in order to increase operational efficiencies as well as reduce and cut costs within the business areas.
• Creation, maintenance, and enforcement of well documented standards and procedures for the implementation of technical solutions.
• Manage operational and capital budgets of the various business units under control.
• Adherence to overall financial objectives of the business. Tracks the annual expenditures in conjunction with the financial department.
