Purpose of the job: Interact with customers face to face, in order to promote and sell Vodafone services and products and respond to their support requests, giving them an experience beyond expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet the customers who enter the store and assist them throughout the visit. Demonstrates availability, kindness and uses a language adapted to each client, showing a real interest in the client’s need, empathizing with him. It offers the client an experience beyond expectations through all his behaviors and actions. He greets the customer when leaving the store and makes sure that he has received a solution from the first interaction and that he is satisfied with it.
  • Provides support in testing fixed products for all potential and existing customers in order to sell these services
  • Provides a minimum of technical information about fixed products and services, installation conditions, contractual terms
  • At the clients’ request, check the invoices and the payment situation; solves cases in which the situation of payments or invoices issued are not correct
  • Respecting the communicated work procedures, uses the tools offered by the company in the retention / optimization process and correctly identifies the specific needs of each client; He actively collaborates with the departments involved in the customer retention and optimization process
  • Promotes and sells Vodafone services and products (fixed, mobile, accessories) and partners, recommends the right communication solutions based on the need expressed by the customer. Use cross-sell and up-sell sales advisory techniques to increase the value of customer accounts.
  • Solves customer requests and provides commercial information (offer, price, contractual conditions, etc.) and technical (features, network, service, etc.) about products and services.
