Job Description:
To deliver Networks as a Platform (NaaP) Low Level design to fulfil demand requirements. Responsible for the delivery of the E2E NaaP feasibility.
Be responsible for engaging with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritise the delivery approach, and guide technical leads in NaaP API solution delivery
To create standard APIs and network capabilities that have a high degree of re-usability, in close collaboration with NaaP Architects
Interface to NaaP API catalogue Delivery team to ensure the APIs being delivered are aligned with Vodafone strategy, best practice and business requirements and the activity is signed off accordingly.

Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest
- Modern API platform design
- Technical expertise in Network technologies.
- Design large, distributed, and scalable architecture solutions in the cloud, while keeping them simple & clean
- Virtualization technologies & Containers solutions (VMWare, Kubernetes, Docker)
- University degree in Engineering
- Project management and Finance skills
- Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging etc.)
- MBA will be considered a plus
- Technical expertise in IT
- Excellent communication skills – able to understand and interact in both business and technical languages
- Delivery of solution that open up new revenue opportunity
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a mobile networks
- Able to provide strong leadership within a multinational, multicultural environment.
- Budget owned: Network Architecture budget allocated to Network as a Platform
- Knowledge of public cloud service offerings (IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS services)
- Modern security practices
