Job Description:

The Lead Quality Engineer is responsible of Test Strategy definition, test plans and test use cases creation. Drives the QA Team to develop test automation in conjunction with the data engineers to ensure the highest quality of manufacturing. The Lead Quality Engineer defines centralized mechanisms to measure quality of solutions produced are the expected results at the same time the platform is robust. He or she collaborates in the design of cloud architectures focused on stability, performance, robustness and security of the systems, guaranteeing the highest quality of all systems, also certifying that the systems comply with local regulations such as GDPR.

Job Requirements:

• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• Responsible of Analysis and Accommodation of Business Testing, Definition of the testing practice (Testing plans, use cases, data sets, test scripts and procedures).
• Definition and Execution of Testing Plans, supervising team members testing executions, results and performance.
• uild on top of existing test frameworks and implement new ways to improve the quality of our manufacturing processing using innovative approaches.
• Implement code review solutions to ensure sub-optimal code is not introduced into the build process
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
