Job Description:

Working collaboratively with teams and individuals from across Vodafone business UK you will set and execute the content strategy for the site. You will need to understand and balance the needs of customers and a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. brand, demand generation, commercial sales teams and product teams). You will actively manage both existing and new site content and use data and analytics to measure and maximse customer engagement and commercial benefit.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering a best in class digital content experience
  • Self-starter able to balance multiple priorities
  • Confident in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Define the digital content proposition and experience
  • Own the digital content customer experience on Vodafone Business website (incl. homepage, landing pages and navigation)
  • Ensure consistency of end-to-end customer experience working with Brand and Demand Gen partners who will own the customer journeys outside Vodafone Business website
  • Use analytics and insight to identify opportunities to maximise engagement and commercial benefit (e.g. clicks, dwell time, customer journey flows)
