Job Description:

You’ll be working with the Design System Lead in a cross functional agile team supporting all of the product areas across our digital estate. You will define standards, champion consistency, facilitate workshops and work closely with developers to build, maintain and evolve the design systems in code.

Job Requirements:

• Confident presenting concepts and approaches to colleagues and stakeholders and in working closely with development teams
• Proficient with the latest tools and software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability in running design workshops to enable scalable design solutions
• Experience in analysing and interpreting web analytics and user research data to inform design decisions
