Job Requirements:

• Help creating and executing change story and communications to create positive excitement around the program
• Maintain the programme’s information site
• Support the evaluation of the effectiveness of change efforts through standardized reports and metrics
• Coordinate efforts with others (Business Leaders, Sponsors, as wells as the other program streams)
• Capture and apply lessons learned to achieve continuous improvement in the program
• Coordinating programme governance material preparation activities
• Informing the team about internal communication issues, writing information letters
• Dealing with the MCC office environment
• Operates with pace, energy and enthusiasm
• Motivated self-starter
• Able to work independently and effectively with all different kinds of personalities and organizational levels
• Excellent teammate who is open to learning and feedback
• Excellent storyteller with strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize appropriately
• Masters visual skills and knowledge on multimedia software usage
• Ability to create material outputs (i.e. Presentations, Detailed Excel tables) in high quality (design experience is a plus!)
