A new opportunity has come up with a well-known institution in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking for a VISA COORDINATOR for UAE Nationals. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Initiatives, reviews and manages the application / renewal process for work and residence permits and visas for all employees and dependent family members.
• Checks visa/work permit/residency-Emirates ID, Health insurance, visa medical test applications for completeness and accuracy in accordance with applicable laws, processes and regulations.
• Prepares, coordinates and submits complete and accurate applications with supporting documents to concerned Government authorities and typing offices and follows up until completion.
• Keeps up-to-date with any changes or expected changes of laws and regulations issued by the Government authorities regarding visa, work permit or other related matters.
• Coordinates with health insurance providers and staff for all required services such as application, issuance, cancellation and/or replacement of insurance cards, requisitions of travel insurance coverage letters, etc.
• Submits the invoices via ARMS to refill the MOI –MOL banks accounts along with the delivery notes and any other required documents for payment and forwards petty cash for reimbursement for all e dirham and credit cards with all necessary support documents
• Resolves all the assigned helpdesk calls in a timely, accurate and complete manner
• Arranges and maintains the section’s monthly/yearly activity sheets and shares with line manager to plan the work priority
• Coordinates for Notary Public services as and when required
• Coordinates for document’s translation and attestation
• Highlights any potential risks, inconsistencies, concerns to the line manager.
