On behalf of our client a British university corporate office that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a University Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answer queries, questions at reception desk, answer and transfer phone calls to the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, provide preliminary guidance and advice to prospective students on the range of courses offered at the university and the admission procedure, work closely with staff in the regional hub regarding international student support, communicate verbally and in writing with UK based staff to support students applications, enrollment and study, provide clerical support in organising practical aspects of recruitment events, carry out routing filing, photocopying and typing, daily management of stationary purchases and other associated duties in appropriate to the role
