To support the company in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through logistics support. This role is responsible for making sure that all required logistics assignments are done efficiently.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes, not tasks

To collect all inspected vehicles by the Service Advisor and park them properly to the designated service area.

To ensure that prior collection of the car the seats are covered with plastic and paper foot mats are placed properly.

To diligently collect all cars from the washing area and park them properly at the designated parking/delivery areas.

To accurately provide the vehicle controller with the vehicle information of the car collected.

Most importantly is to ensure that everything is in order prior to hand over to the customer.


The role acts as the focal point to continuously promote the improvement of Customer Service in Honda. A close liaison is maintained between all departments and all personnel are involved in the process to create a “Quality Service Culture”.

The role aims to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer-focused decisions where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life.


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Driver’s license class 3 and 5
  • Good English language skills
  • Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
  • Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others.
  • Has a great initiative to accomplish tasks on time.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of driver experience in the UAE.
