Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global electronics manufacturer who are looking to appoint a Training Manager to join the team based in Dubai. This role will also involve regular travel across the region and overseas, and will be responsible for training colleagues across the business on the product range, including new launches.
This role will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, in house testing of new launches to ensure product reliability and reporting performance feedback to the management team. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong working knowledge of providing online training including smart board techniques. You will ensure the safety of the workforce and end users by providing comprehensive product safety training, including investigating and reporting serious accidents and injuries. You must be willing to work outside of operating hours when required by the business for travel purposes and to attend relevant trade shows.
