Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As a Training Advisor you will:

  • Spend the day on the phone making outgoing calls and sending emails
  • Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients
  • Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
  • Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses
  • Manage your sales process on the CRM
  • Generating and Qualify leads
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them

To be successful in the role you need to be/have:

As a Training Advisor you will:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and listening skills (a bility to speak Arabic is a plus)
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Initiative, enjoy working with customers and building relationships
  • Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure •
  • Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
