Job description / Role
• Manage the safely installation, operation and maintenance of tower cranes and passenger lift and construction hoist in all projects
• Manage the daily operation of the tower crane workshop ensuring optimum utilization of resources
• Direct coordination with Project Managers ensuring zero dead time in tower cranes and passenger lift and construction hoist operation all times
• Maintain the safety certificate/licenses of tower cranes and passenger lift and construction hoist valid all times ensuring full compliance with rules and regulations
• Maintain the safety certificate/licenses of tower cranes and passenger lift and construction hoist operator valid all times ensuring full compliance with rules and regulations
• Provide regular training and coaching to subordinate and operator
