Job Description:

Monitor RPA Bot Runs and Incident Management for Bot estate as per agreed SLAs

Job Responsibilities:

•  Support & maintain RPA Infrastructure with activities like version upgrades setup server patching licensing etc.
•  Understand and deliver Change Requests received from users for all live automation solutions
•  Adhere to norms guidelines and practices laid out for RPA at all times
•  Prepare and provide documentation for all automations solution delivered
• – Review and assess new technologies as they apply to process automation
• Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same
• – Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
• Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
