Job Description:

As a People Safety Trainer in our DC, you’ll work with the warehouse team ‘shoulder to shoulder’ coaching them on what good looks like for the department. You’ll also play a key role ensuring all new starter colleagues receive job induction and legal training and supporting departments with legal refresher and skills training.

Job Requirements:

• Maintaining training record cards to the correct standard and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Ensuring that all legal training is planned in with the relevant department and there are robust records showing dates for legal refreshers and medicals.
• Delivering all safety and legal training, validations and legal refreshers.
• Arranging and coordinating any requirements for medicals.
• Providing feedback to Managers about concerns or opportunities.
• Using root cause skills to identify opportunities to improve safety and performance.
