Job Description:
As a Marketing Analyst, your role is pivotal to defining and developing and support Telstra’s Marketing Automation strategy and implementation, as well as customer value propositions, campaign developments and executions. You leverage your SQL experience with Sales Force Marketing cloud experience to enable better data driven decision making across marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate and embrace the ways of working mindsets and practices for the team to support measurable improvements to effectiveness and productivity
- Ensure Quality Assurance processes are followed for all developments.
- Interpret data/outcomes into clear marketing/business opportunities. Initiate recommendations into the formulation of marketing plans, tactical campaigns and initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide subject matter expertise on campaign delivery
- Continually strive to improve delivery processes, cycle time and quality of deliverables and reduce cost.
- Keep informed of new functionality delivered and understand impact/opportunities to future programs.
- Delivers data for customer Communications from processes and systems that are easy to maintain and re-use, within fastest possible delivery times within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understand systems capability to provide consultancy in influencing the business towards campaigns that leverage existing systems capability.
- Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and solutions to existing processes and systems.
