As a Telesales Intern, you will be trained to build relations with potential clients and actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling and sending emails. You will be entering and updating customer information in the database. You will be maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
