Telesales / Indoor Sales – Freight Forwarding and Express Service

Job description / Role

We have vacancies in different locations ( In Saudi Arabia and UAE ) and for two different divisions as follows:

Vacancy Telesales for Freight Forwarding Division and for Warehousing and last mile delivery for Ecommerce business

Job Description:

– To promote our products within every sector in your region. Your primary responsibility is to achieve the sales target set by management
– You will conduct a daily amount of calls with your existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements.
– To acquire a profitable new business from the market
– You will secure customer generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for air, ocean and land freight internally and externally.
– You define and implement your own business plan with your direct manager
– To closely work with the Operation team to develop supply chain solutions
– You participate to the contract setting and monitor customers’ payment with the Collection Desk
– To participate and ensure a competitive intelligence and occasionally carry out marketing studies
