Job Responsibilities:

Provide incoming call support for all offers

Advise and inform the interlocutors on the legislation, the regulation, as well as on their rights and their obligations.

Find the pieces of information needed to process requests.

Make the data more reliable to allow your interlocutor to update his situation.

Contribute to the personalization of the customer relationship by a written restitution of each call.

Job Requirements:

Your ability to assimilate and master social legislation will be a major asset in this position.

You master the techniques of telephone relations (listening, questioning, reformulation, construction of an answer, taking leave, etc.).

You are able to manage difficult situations and adapt your explanations to your interlocutor.

You have good interpersonal skills and team spirit

You master office tools (Excel, Word, etc.), you have a spirit of synthesis and writing skills

You present a first experience in customer contact in a call center.
