Job Description
Position Title: Technical Trainer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Deliver technical training courses required for each level of repair and maintenance
- Define and prepare the course syllabus with the direction of Senior Training Specialist
- Develop SAT certified training courses
- Assess individual training needs and compile individual training plans
- Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance, when required
- Provide progress and performance reporting
Skills
Qualifications:Open to UAE nationals40 years old and belowHigher diploma with at least 10 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environmentMinimum 3 years of experience as a trainerPreferably with experience and knowledge within the military and its training programs Knowledge of SAT approach to training is preferredCandidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
