Job description / Role
G42 Healthcare is a leading healthcare services and medical technology company in the MENA region, with footprint across Central Asia, Africa and Europe. G42 Healthcare is the initiator and operator of the largest human genome sequencing program in the world. Due to the increasing strategic demand of growing our vaccine business, we are looking for a Chief Vaccine Manufacturing Expert to be based in our Headquarters, Abu Dhabi.
The Technical Architect (TA) will oversee all aspects of software engineering development and web deployments at G42 Healthcare. The TA will be expected to:
• Provides technical and architectural framework for web micro-services-based product development and other software engineering projects
• Manage multiple projects led by different stakeholders and manage timelines
• Define content for release scope from architectural point of view
• Manage and works with a team of engineers to ensure progress and efficient workload management given demands of multiple projects
• Establish code development and management good practices
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members on improvements and QC
• Have hands-on experience and expertise with full stack developments, containerized services, as well as micro-services architectures
• Have experience with architecting large-scale software projects using OOP and design principles
• Research and develop product architectural design with the R&D team of the company
• Recommend high level performance requirements for products
• Participates in sprint reviews and sprint planning
