Our Client
A large scale financial institution are actively recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition lead to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple Sales, Technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Develop and update job descriptions while working with the HR Business Partner as required.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to source and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Identify talent trends in the market, focus on market research, and share inputs to the business team and reporting manager to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and providing feedback on further improvement for internal selection process.
  • Advise decision makers to help them achieve their business objectives and provide recruitment recommendations

Your Qualifications

  • Any experience of recruiting in the UAE and specifically within banking will be highly desirable
  • Must have excellent communication, sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience of IT or Financial Recruitment or relevant field
  • Onboarding experience
  • PowerPoint presentation of recruitment data to C level
