Supply manager / Logistics coordinator


Job Description

We are a laboratory equipment distribution company. We buy lab equipment and other lab-related supplies from manufacturers and distributors in the EU/RU/USA etc. and sell to our clients.

You will be expected to:

  • Build and manage relationships with lab equipment suppliers in the UAE (getting quotes, placing orders, following up about dispatch readiness).
  • Arrange storage, export clearing, and transit of goods purchased inside the UAE.
  • Arrange pick up, storage, consolidation, and transit of goods purchased outside the UAE.


  • Order processing management
  • Planning / Booking / Transportation of orders
  • Coordination/follow-up of the shipment
  • Customs processing (export/import)
  • Documentation/administration/invoicing / filing
  • Internal and external reporting of the status of the shipments by various means (mail, phone, Google Drive, CRM systems etc.)
  • Operational troubleshooting
  • End-to-end processing of shipments.

Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. English is a must.Farsi is an advantage.Basic computer literacy is a must (PC applications: Word, Excel, Open Office, Windows).Experience in handling shipments to Iran is an advantage.Prior global shipping management experience is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
