Job description / Role
The main tasks are as follows:
a) To ensure project supply chain quality control plan preparation, by defining the corresponding project documentation, in line with the department’s supply chain quality management regulations and the requirements of the EPC master contract, and by preparing monthly reports on project supply chain quality management status.
b) To ensure the equipment procurement technology agreement contains the relevant quality requirements of the EPC master contract and to support the purchasing manager in reviewing the quality part of the procurement technology agreement,
c) To support the purchasing manager to summarize the purchasing plan, by implementing QA/QC hierarchical control of equipment and preparing project quality control budget
d) To ensure timely execution of Inspection and Testing Plan, by coordinating suppliers in ITP preparation and requesting project owners to approve relevant ITP, in line with the requirements of the supply chain quality management plan
e) To ensure document control by reviewing equipment process documents submitted by the suppliers (welding, non-destructive testing, painting, processing, heat treatment, electrical, FAT procedures, etc.)
f) To ensure compliance with project contractual requirements by organizing pre-production preparation meetings and quality start-up meetings, monitoring suppliers regularly and supervising compliance of suppliers’ procurement technical agreement requirements.
g) To ensure QA/QC management plan execution by, among all, supervising supplier during the entire project execution, managing of third-party QC organization, reporting periodically on suppliers’ activities, tracking, processing and managing NCR / Punch lists.
h) To contribute to the execution of the supply chain quality management plan, by designing, maintaining and updating the relevant tools and reporting the corresponding results to relevant leaders on a weekly basis
i) To support HR Department in the selection and management of Quality Dept Personnel, by formulating personnel technical requirements, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates personnel and managing the newly hired.
j) To ensure compliance of the equipment supplied, in line with the quality control results, by reviewing the relevant documents submitted by the suppliers and EOMR, and finally releasing the equipment before shipment;
k) To contribute, with Procurement team, in the selecting the equipment to purchase by compiling and summarizing the LOP (List Of Open Points) and submitting for management’s review and approval;
