Supplier

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze raw material supply needs via the ERP
• Process supply requests from the various departments
• Establish a supply plan integrating the constraints of storage warehouses;
• Ensure the placing of orders with suppliers and guarantee follow-up until receipt
• Record contracts and track contract balances;
• Manage supplier returns and non-conformities;
• Ensure the evaluation of suppliers according to the defined criteria;
• Ensure reporting to the Supply Manager on shortages and blocking situations with a supplier;

Job Requirements:

Must be Graduate in Relevant Field;

You have knowledge of the basic concepts of an ERP.

You have a first successful experience in scheduling and inventory management ideally in the food industry, fresh and frozen products.
