Job Responsibilities:

Assist the management team in driving sales and profitability;

Train and motivate sales staff to provide excellent customer service, while ensuring that the store is always ready to receive customers;

Enhance the store by applying all operational standards, in accordance with brand guidelines for visual merchandising;

Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures;

Understand your store’s KPIs and play your part in achieving them.

Job Requirements:

You like the contact with the customers. You set an excellent example to the rest of the team by demonstrating a practical mind, great enthusiasm and a real passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience;

You know how to talk to people, create an encouraging (and pleasant!) environment that allows you to provide the best possible service;

You have experience in opening and closing a store, taking responsibility and leading as appropriate;

Ideally, you have a background in retail and you have experience in the fashion or lifestyle sectors;
