Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with a tech solutions provider which has experienced rapid growth over the years, transitioning from a start up to a successful multinational business with several revenue streams. Due to this our client is now looking to appoint a Strategy and Planning Manager to lead operational change and define the long term customer journey and revenue growth strategy.
This role will report in to the Owner and other Senior Managers working closely alongside them to determine the long term business model. In addition implementing new operational procedures to improve efficiency whilst developing forward thinking strategies to enhance the customer experience and generate new revenue streams. This is the perfect role for someone who has worked in a strategic planning capacity in an agile start up organization. This role is very hands on and requires a team player who is able to create a positive team culture, leading by example and prioritizing people development to collectively achieve the wider business objectives. A background in working for a leading consulting firm is ideal as this role will be very analytical and data driven. Due to the fast paced nature of the business and ever changing priorities the successful candidate must possess excellent problem solving and project management skills.
