Position Title: Stewarding Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,800 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation, meals, and shared accommodation
Job location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Dubai based leisure club for golf in the region.
Job Role:
Implement and manage cleaning schedules.
Ensure cleaning materials and kitchen equipment is used in accordance with the hygiene and safety rules.
Assist in set up buffets.
Advise on mechanical failures.
Keep stock lists of all China glassware, cutlery, and banquet equipment. (Check on dishes, salad bowls, etc.)
Prepares Time Sheets and liaises between the stewarding team and the Executive Sous Chef
