Our worldwide teams within the Business Unit Distribution Systems (DS) provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into the Future Grids portfolio. Job Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the development of partners worldwide in alignment with all relevant stakeholders (Regional company and Manager/PLM/Operations)
- You increase market transparency for partner approach and set up and actively drive continuously improvement of partnering concept including all related business processes
- Also, you create market, competitive and customer analyzes and you collaborate closely with the PLM organization to expand the service portfolio
- You analyze sales performance and align measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency, monitoring Partner Performance and Forecasting as well as steer partner qualification processes
- In your role as Service business developer for Partnering, you are responsible for the Business Development & Strategy as well as for the Performance Controlling:
- Furthermore you drive in the Low Voltage business development,
- You define growth strategies together with the regions for the low-voltage service portfolio, e.g. for switchgears, Motor Control Centers, circuit breaker, Simocode devices and
- You contribute to profitable growth and beyond
- This includes the creation of Partnering Strategy jointly with Regions and you act as an expert, partner, and coach for Service-Partnering business in Regions
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- You have long-term experience in Sales, Service or Business Development
- You have the willingness for business trips (approx. 30%-50%) and have fluent German- and English skills
- Furthermore, you have portfolio know how of energy distribution systems LV/MV
- The basis of your success is a completed degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- Additionally, you have know-how of Industry and Infrastructure verticals and applications
- You have knowledge of global customer services as well as presentation skills
