Steel Structure Fabrication Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structures within the given time schedule.
• Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.
• Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the worksite
• Ensure that Safety, Health, and Environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel staff about compliance as necessary
• Manage the Fabrication team.
• He should be able to understand the drawings and should be able to convey the same with the fabrication team
